Job Description As a sparring partner for management and sales (partner management), your main tasks include cost and revenue analysis, preparing and discussing decision-making bases and action recommendations, as well as participating in the monthly performance settlement and creating the price list. The conception of new monitoring systems and the further development of internal processes and reports are essential components of this position. You will be involved in developing and implementing new business ideas, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities for growth. Your expertise will also be used to optimize existing processes and structures, as well as to identify and address potential risks. In addition, you will work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed. You will also be responsible for preparing and presenting financial reports to stakeholders, including the board of directors and investors.
