Tasks

• Creation and further development of reporting, analyses, and key figures for management and specialist departments
• Participation in budgeting, forecasting, and mid-year planning
• Analysis of deviations and derivation of recommendations for action
• Preparation of decision-relevant evaluations and presentations
• Close cooperation with accounting and ensuring data quality and plausibility
• Understanding and explanation of the interrelationships between P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
• Optimization and further development of existing controlling processes
• Participation in projects and initiatives in the finance department

Qualifications

• Completed studies in economics, business administration, or a comparable degree with a focus on finance or controlling
• Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in a comparable position
• Good understanding of business processes and planning and reporting processes
• Confident use of Excel and ideally experience with ERP systems and BI tools
• Strong affinity for numbers, analytical strength, and problem-solving skills
• Structured way of working, strong communication skills, and a hands-on mentality
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
