Tasks

• Preparation and further development of reports, analyses, and key figures for management and departments
• Participation in budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning
• Analysis of deviations and derivation of recommendations
• Presentation of decision-relevant evaluations and presentations
• Tight cooperation with accounting and ensuring data quality and plausibility
• Understanding and explanation of the relationships between GuV, balance sheet, and cash flow
• Optimization and further development of existing controlling processes
• Participation in projects and initiatives in finance

Qualification

• Degree in economics, business administration or a comparable degree with a focus on finance or controlling
• Multiple years of experience in controlling, ideally in a similar position
• Good understanding of economic relationships and planning and reporting processes
• Safe handling of Excel and ideally experience with ERP systems and BI tools
• Pronounced numerical affinity, analytical strength, and problem-solving competence
• Structured work style, communication skills, and hands-on mentality
• Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
