Our successful company is in the midst of a major transformation process, on the one hand in its system landscape and on the other hand synergies are being created within the group. In the Controlling department, we are significantly increasing the degree of digitalization and automation and expanding the areas of responsibility to include region-wide analyses (DE, CH, BE).

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Controller with a strong hands-on mentality, a high affinity for state-of-the-art tools, sound SAP data knowledge, and the ability to initiate, optimize, and increase the maturity of digitalization processes.

• Expansion, further development, and automation of modern, data-driven reporting as well as analysis and forecast processes for transparent corporate management
• Preparation of budgets and quarterly presentations for management; together with the team, you will successfully implement optimization potentials and opportunities to increase the degree of automation.
• Preparation of complex data into clear, meaningful visualizations for strategic decisions, creation of impactful presentations
• In your role as a liaison, you will work closely with Finance and the Controlling headquarters in Brussels and Paris.

What you bring with you

• Several years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Senior Controller with modern technical approaches in an international corporate environment.
• Completed studies in Data Science, Business Informatics, or Business Administration, or comparable professional experience with a high technical affinity.
• You are super fit in SAP FI and ensure data quality through efficient approaches and with modern tools.
• Strong analytical thinking skills.
• You are well-known as an MS Excel superuser; other applications such as Python, R, Power BI, Power Query, SQL or similar are a clear advantage.
• Openness and willingness to learn about insurance technology.
• Proactive working style and team spirit.

Your salary

At least 68,000 Euros gross per year for 40 hours per week. Just like you, we are not satisfied with minimum standards – your actual salary will be agreed upon depending on your experience.
