Michael Page The person will be inserted as a report to the 'Planning and Control' department and coordinate, tend to, a team of 4-5 resources. In daily life, they will be responsible for: - Collaboration with the Director in the budgeting and forecasting process and management of monthly reporting; - Mastery of the company's organizational architecture and processes that feed it; - Periodic verification of the coherence of financial data compared to accounting and administrative data; - Elaboration of reports, KPIs, and dashboards for monitoring results; - Analysis of deviations and support for operational functions for improving business performance; - Control of analytical and general accounting costs and analysis of marginality by product type; - Collaboration with the IT department for optimizing management systems (AS400, BI); - Writing reports for management and the Board. The ideal profile has the following characteristics: - Bachelor's degree in economics, a master's degree in controlling will be considered a preferred requirement; - At least 10/12 years of experience as a controller at service companies or, if at production companies, as business or financial controllers; - Experience in coordinating resources is desirable; - Knowledge of AS400, SAP, PowerBI, SQL is desirable; - Good knowledge of at least one language between English and French; - Leadership, proactivity, and attitude to work even in cross-functional teams; - Attention to detail, flexibility, collaborative spirit.
