Senior Contracts & Variation Specialist

MOH Holdings (Singapore) seeks a meticulous professional to support evaluation and assessment of variation works for healthcare development projects. The appointee will collaborate with project teams to review post-construction submissions, ensuring adherence to the Instruction Manual and SOPs. The role requires a degree in Building/QS/Construction Management or Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying/cost management/procurement/audit, with strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key responsibilities include: • Review and assess variation works submissions for compliance with project requirements and SOPs; • Collaborate with project teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies; • Provide expert advice on construction methods, materials, and regulations; • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders; • Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports and documentation.
