We are looking for a motivated Senior Contract- & Claim Manager (m/w/d) at our location in Veitshöchheim as of now.

Aufgaben

Projektmanagement & Vertragsbetreuung

• Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung und Abwicklung von nationalen und internationalen Projekten im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau gemäß vertraglicher Verpflichtungen.
• Sicherstellung von Projektabläufen: Terminplanung, Kostenkontrolle sowie Dokumenten- und Korrespondenzmanagement.
• Definition der Vertragsabweichungen während der Projektabwicklung.
• Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Durchsetzung vertraglicher Ansprüche (Claims) in Projekten, auch in schwierigen oder konfliktbehafteten Situationen.
• Aktive Konfliktlösung: Professionelles und selbstbewusstes Auftreten gegenüber Kunden, Partnern und internen Stakeholdern bei Streitigkeiten oder Vertragsabweichungen

Verantwortung und Kontrolle

• Identifikation und Bewertung von Risiken sowie regelmäßige Aktualisierung der Risikoanalyse.
• Erstellung und Kontrolle der Ressourcen- und Kostenplanung sowie Nachverfolgung des Projekt-Cashflows.
• Abschluss und Verwaltung projektbezogener Versicherungen sowie Bearbeitung von Schadensfällen (z. B. Haftpflicht, Transport, Bauhaftpflicht).

Führung, Koordination & Kommunikation

• Koordination mit der Rechtsabteilung bei strittigen Projektthemen; Sicherstellung vertragskonformer Lösungen auch in kritischen Situationen.
• Enge Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit der Steuer- und Finanzabteilung sowie Kommunikation mit Konzerngesellschaften, Konsortialpartnern, Lieferanten und Subunternehmen.
• Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams bei der Angebotserstellung und Koordination bei etwaigen Streitigkeiten.
• Verantwortung für ein effektives Änderungsmanagement in enger Abstimmung mit dem Projektleiter und dem Projektteam sowie die Bereitstellung von Informationen für das Projektcontrolling (Meilensteine, Bürgschaften, Akkreditive und Cash-Planung).

Qualifikation

• You have a completed degree in Betriebswirtschaft (Bachelor / Master) or equivalent qualification.
• You have 8 years of experience in the management and care of industrial plant projects, particularly with a focus on project development, contract management, and cost- and term planning.
• You possess high conflict competence as well as a secure and assertive demeanor – even in challenging or conflict-ridden situations. You are characterized by personal strength, also representing unpopular decisions and professionally implementing them.
• You have a deep understanding of contractual and legal aspects.
• Communication skills and negotiation expertise in dealing with customers, partners, and internal departments distinguish you.
• Hervorragende Führungsfähigkeit: You can lead teams, motivate them, and make sovereign decisions in difficult situations.
• You possess strategic, structured, and solution-oriented thinking.
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse as well as the willingness to travel internationally round out your profile.
