Unite Construction have partnered with a highly established and reputable Queensland builder preparing to commence a landmark two-stage residential development in Brisbane's south-east, early works have just begun and they are looking to a January 26 start. The build will feature two separate buildings, each circa $35M in value, delivering 30–40 apartments with a basement, podium, and high-quality finishes. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business as they expand into Brisbane, This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the construction team, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met, and maintaining accurate records of project progress. Key responsibilities include: • Providing administrative support to the construction team, including preparing and distributing meeting minutes, agendas, and other documentation; • Maintaining accurate records of project progress, including tracking milestones, deadlines, and key performance indicators; • Coordinating with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure that all contractual obligations are met; • Preparing and submitting reports to management, highlighting project progress, issues, and recommendations for improvement; • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, business administration, or a related discipline); • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry; • Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels; • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines; • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and track project progress.
