The Opportunity: Senior Contract Administrator
This is not a standard contract administration role. You will manage a significant package of subcontractor and supplier contracts within our high-performing downstream commercial team.
Reporting to the Downstream Contracts Manager, you will be key in ensuring commercial success and operational efficiency across this large-scale infrastructure build.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to align with project schedules Assess and negotiate claims, external variations, and contract terms Drive performance by administering contracts, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance Optimize systems and processes to enhance efficiency and commercial outcomes Support and mentor the commercial team to expand their expertise.
What We’re Looking For
A degree in Commercial, Legal, Quantity Surveying, or Engineering Strong contract management experience within large infrastructure or construction projects Proven ability to handle complex negotiations and resolve commercial issues A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities
