Senior Contract Administrator
Location: Sydney
Salary: $180k - $230k

Overview
Mission Critical Recruitment are seeking 2 Senior Contract Administrators to initially work on a couple of data centre fit out projects, with a view to being a key part of the data centre construction team on an ongoing basis.

Working for a well-respected and quickly growing young business, you'll be working on jobs for some of the leading players in the data centre industry.

With CA or QS experience on data centres and other complex construction jobs with a heavy orientation towards the services element of the build, you'll enjoy the fast paced and dynamic nature of these jobs.

Key Requirements

Data centre experience essential
Contracting or Cost Consulting background considered
Estimating /contract admin / cost management experience
Strong understanding of construction contracts
Experienced with LLE procurement
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical components of the data centre build
Ability to lead and mentor others
Keen eye for detail
