For the further expansion of our thought leadership program, we are looking for a Senior Content Strategist – Thought Leadership & Executive Communication (m/f/d) who will strategically position our executives, develop content, and build communities.

Your tasks

Executive Positioning & Personal Branding

• Development of individual thought leadership strategies for CEOs and executives

• Building clear thematic profiles and expert positioning

• Definition of content pillars, core messages, and relevant topic areas

• Continuous development of the personal brands of our executives

Content Creation & Ghostwriting

• Conducting interviews with executives and subject matter experts

• Creation of LinkedIn posts, articles, comments, and other thought leadership formats

• Ghostwriting for executives and senior leadership

• Translation of complex technology, innovation, and transformation topics into relevant content

• Development of compelling storytelling approaches and content formats

Community Building & Engagement

• Management and further development of executive social media profiles

• Management of comments, discussions, and direct messages

• Building and maintaining relevant networks

• Identification of influencers, customers, partners, and multipliers

• Active interaction with relevant communities and industry networks

Trend and Topic Management

• Monitoring of market and technology trends

• Monitoring of relevant discussions and industry topics

• Identification of new topic areas and communication opportunities

• Development of fast and effective responses to current market movements

Performance & Reporting

• Analysis of reach, engagement, and community growth

• Derivation of data-based optimization measures

• Reporting to the Head of Marketing

• Development of KPI-based growth strategies for executive visibility

What you bring to the table

• You have several years of experience in LinkedIn marketing, personal branding, PR, corporate communications, or executive communications

• Ideally, you have already gained experience in building thought leadership programs for executives

• You have outstanding writing skills and a feel for different tones

• You have demonstrable experience in ghostwriting

• You are proficient in using Adobe Photoshop and common video editing tools for creating and editing social media content

• You have a very good understanding of B2B marketing and content marketing

• You have the ability to present complex and technical issues in a clear and convincing manner

• You possess a high degree of initiative, strategic thinking, and analytical skills

• Ideally, you have relevant experience in the technology, consulting, or SAP environment

• Very good German and English skills complete your profile
