As Senior Content Psychologist (f/m/d) at 7Mind, you will take the overall responsibility for the psychological quality, credibility and further development of our contents – and thus for our central brand promise.

You are the guardian:in of our claim „von Psycholog:innen entwickelt“, i.e., you review content with scientific rigor, critically question trends and ensure that our communication is psychologically grounded, ethically responsible and precisely formulated.

You develop self contents with a focus on audio formats like meditations, knowledge courses or coaching impulses and shape the strategic content vision. You think data-based, recognize relevant developments in the mental wellbeing field and bring your expertise actively into product development.

As the central psychological face of 7Mind: internally as a critical sparring partner for Content, Product and Marketing – externally as a credible voice for evidence-based mental health.

Psychologische Gesamtverantwortung

• Responsibility for the overall orientation, scientific foundation and quality assurance of all 7Mind contents
• Critical evaluation of research, methods and trends in the mental health field
• Surety of precise, responsible and ethically sensitive communication towards our users

Content Creation & Qualität

• Conceptualization and further development of psychologically grounded contents for the app – from short formats to in-depth courses
• Feedback, quality assurance and partial own creation of scripts with high standards for language, impact and user-centeredness
• Surety of consistent, psychologically clean wording along our guidelines

Content-Strategie & Vision

• Responsibility for the further development of our content vision and strategic orientation
• Deduction of priorities from user insights, data and market trends
• Mitigation of innovative formats for digital mental health

Daten- & KI-gestützte Arbeitsweise

• Work with content KPIs, user research and performance data for continuous optimization
• Use of AI tools for ideation and processes, with clear psychological evaluation remaining human

Schnittstellen- & Sparringsarbeit

• Strategic sparring for Product and Marketing teams on psychological quality, tone and positioning
• Active contribution to psychologically informed product development, especially in the development of features that refer to content
• Further development of team members and external authors

Deine Story

• Completed studies in psychology (diploma or master)
• Multiple years of relevant work experience in the digital health or mental wellbeing field
• Deep scientific expertise and joy in critically questioning research
• Experience in strategic content development and interdisciplinary cooperation
• A unique precise language feeling and joy in formulating contents scientifically differentiated and responsibly
• Analytical competence in dealing with user insights and content performance data
• Self-organized, structured work style with high quality standards
• Empathy, sense of responsibility and joy in a visible professional role
• German on native speaker level as well as very good English skills

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-supported content workflows
• Knowledge of common collaboration tools (e.g. Notion, Slack, GSuite)
• Joy in presenting contents visibly, e.g., in webinars or events
