Senior Content Producer Video & Graphics (m/w/d) in Mannheim

Your Kernaufgaben

Konzeption & Storytelling

• Development of independent video formats, stories and graphics for internal and external communication
• Translation of complex technical content into clear, visually convincing messages

Produktion & Dreh

• Solo execution of video shoots including interview guidance, creation of appealing graphics
• Travel activity for shoots at various locations within Germany

Postproduktion & Ausspielung

• Edit, sound, look and feel, as well as finalization of videos and graphics for different target groups
• Adaptation and versioning of content for channels like LinkedIn, website, presentations or intranet

Marke & Zusammenarbeit

• Further development of a consistent visual video look in line with the brand identity
• Tight cooperation with marketing, content and internal stakeholders at eye level

You bring this

• Fundamental experience in eigenständiger Videoproduktion from concept to final cut
• Safe handling of Kamera-, Licht- und Tontechnik as well as common editing software
• Ideal experience in the creation of graphic content (PPT, Canva, Indesign, Photoshop)
• A deep understanding of Kommunikation, brand and target groups
• High self-responsibility, hands-on mentality and travel readiness
• Fluent German and good English skills
