Senior Content Producer (m/w/d)

Your Role

You love turning creative ideas into strong social content productions and always keep the bigger picture in mind? At gocomo, you'll take end-to-end responsibility for social media productions, from concept to delivery. You'll collaborate with customers and internal teams, manage budgets, lead production crews, and drive innovation through new tools and AI workflows forward. Your Tasks

• Strategic and operational overall responsibility for social media productions (photo, video, AI-based)
• Development, implementation, and quality assurance of visually strong, consistently social-first productions
• End-to-End Ownership of all productions from concept to post-production and delivery
• Sparring & Consulting with customers and internal teams on production approaches, feasibility, budgets, and timings
• Planning and controlling shoots including production plans, crew setups, on-set guidance, and quality control
• Further development, scaling, and professionalization of the production processes together with the Head of Social Media
• BUILDING, steering, and maintaining a reliable network of external production and AI partners

Your Profile

• Multiple years of experience in an agency or similar environment with focus on social media productions
• Excellent intuition for platform logics, visual trends, formats, and modern storytelling
• High consulting competence and confidence in dealing with customers, pitches, and internal stakeholders
• Outstanding organizational and management skills in complex production setups
• Experience in budget calculation, bid evaluation, and economic responsibility
• Interest and practical experience with new production tools and AI-based workflows
• First leadership experience or strong professional leadership qualities
