Your Position

You will actively shape our website content: You write and optimize texts, contribute your own ideas for layout and copy, and elevate our pages to a new conversion level. With your feel for language and user guidance, you will make more out of existing content and proactively develop our content strategy. You will work closely with our SEO team and colleagues who will build specific AI tools and automated workflows for you. They will handle the routine so you can concentrate on what no machine can replace: content that truly benefits our customers and sticks in their minds.

• Manage Website Content: You will be responsible for the continuous maintenance and further development of our existing website content and create new pages in close cooperation with the SEO team.
• Write and Optimize Content: You will write clear, persuasive, and target-group-oriented texts and implement SEO and GEO briefings in such a way that readability and findability work optimally together.
• Shape UX & Conversion: You will further develop UX copy for existing pages and contribute your own ideas for copy and layout. You will work closely with the conversion optimization team and develop texts for their hypotheses and tests.
• Develop Content Beyond the Website: You will create and revise other formats such as emails, flyers, and offer PDFs, proofread, and update existing content – also taking into account external requirements such as EmpCo guidelines.
• Utilize AI & Automation: You will use AI tools and automated workflows developed for you by our team to create, update, and scale content more efficiently. You will actively contribute your practical perspective to their further development.

Your Profile

• Experience & Writing Skills: You have several years of experience in content management, ideally in the website or online marketing environment. You write precisely, target-group-oriented, and with a sure feel for tonality, structure, and user needs.
• Make Complex Topics Understandable: You can present complex and explanatory topics in an understandable and user-oriented manner. Experience in areas such as energy, fintech, insurtech, or legal is a plus.
• SEO & Content Understanding: You have a good basic understanding of SEO and ideally GEO, and can independently translate corresponding briefings into high-quality content.
• Copywriting & Initiative: Experience in UX, conversion, or advertising copywriting, as well as in independently developing and prioritizing content topics, is a plus. You contribute your own ideas and don't wait for finished briefings.
• Organization & AI Affinity: You keep an overview even with multiple parallel topics and formats, work in a structured and proactive manner, and are keen to actively use AI-supported tools and automated workflows for your work.
• Language & Mission: Native level German and English at least B2 level. You are interested in renewable energies and want to make a concrete contribution to the energy transition with your work.
