(Senior) Content Creator (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Content Creator (m/f/d) at our Berlin location to support our Creative Team. The role is initially limited to 18 months.

We understand online communities, cultures, and subcultures across the entire social landscape. Our clients in Germany include AUDI AG, Mercedes-Benz Trucks, and Müller, among others. We Are Social is part of the Plus Company.

Requirements

What does the role involve?

• You develop social-first ideas and concepts that fit the platform, community, and culture.
• You produce content end-to-end, from the initial idea through filming and editing to the finished content.
• You understand internet culture, communities, and trends and know what is currently relevant and what might come next.
• You work on a wide variety of projects for exciting clients, from quick social content to larger campaigns and shoots.
• You manage social media channels together with the team (especially Instagram and TikTok): from community management to editorial planning.
• You work hands-on, try things out, and get the creative freedom to truly implement your ideas.

What are we looking for?

• At least 3 years of experience in an agency, social, or content environment.
• You live and breathe social media, internet, and pop culture and are naturally at home on the relevant platforms.
• You can develop a strong social-first idea from an insight or trend – and implement it.
• You can film and edit and know what makes good video content on social media.
• You are curious, quick-witted, hands-on, and independent, and have very good German and English language skills.
