What you will achieve:

As a Senior Content Creator, you are the driving force behind platform-strong content: From the initial concept, through set direction, to the AI-optimized master cut, you make brands unmissable on TikTok, IG & Co.

• Creative Lead & Storytelling: In a co-creation trio with Social Media Management and a classic Conceptor, you develop native formats for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. With a feel for trends and timing, you turn them into content that sticks.
• End-to-End Direction & Shooting: On set, you independently manage production and direction. From cinematic high-end setups to agile smartphone shoots, you bring ideas to life visually.
• High-End Post-Production: You give every asset the perfect polish. With editing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics, you create studio-level, platform-optimized masters.
• Client Sparring & Pitch: You make ideas tangible with mood boards and initial cuts. You present your concepts with persuasive power and reliably support clients with visual questions.
• Production & Resource Management: For larger projects, you keep an eye on budget and timings. You have a good understanding of what is needed on set and are comfortable creating a technical list for larger productions.
• Data Insights & AI Innovation: You use performance data as leverage for targeted creative optimizations. At the same time, you naturally integrate generative AI tools into ideation, creation, and editing.

What sets you apart:

• Platform Expertise & Storytelling: You have an excellent feel for algorithms, current trends, and native storytelling. You accurately translate brand messages into viral and high-performing formats for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Shooting Experience & Set Routine: You have many years of practical experience on set. You are proficient with camera systems, lighting, and sound, and always remain calm and in control, even during dynamic live and event shoots. You enjoy traveling to exciting locations and are open to occasional weekend events.
• High-End Post-Production: You master Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve at a top level, complemented by expertise in Photoshop and Figma. You independently and stylishly implement editing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
• Presentation & Argumentation Skills: You bring visual ideas to the point convincingly, provide well-founded professional justifications for creative decisions to clients, and offer reliable advice on feasibility and visual language.
• Team & Mentoring: You enjoy establishing best practices within the team, providing constructive feedback, and developing colleagues professionally.
• Performance Acumen & AI Tools: You know how to read performance data and translate it into creative levers for hooks, pacing, and visuals. You already use generative AI tools like Midjourney, Firefly, or Runway curiously and proficiently in your daily work.
