Senior Consultant/Manager - Financial Security & Compliance (LCB-FT, KYC, AMLR) M/F

With a growth strategy, the Capco group is strengthening the development of its FRC (Finance, Risks & Compliance) division and particularly its Compliance offering.
In this context, we are looking for Senior Consultants, Managers, or Senior Managers for our Paris office to support our clients in their regulatory and organizational transformation challenges related to compliance.
Your role:
For our clients in the banking and financial sector, you will participate in various missions covering several themes:
- Conduct diagnostics of LCB-FT (KYC, AML framework, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening) systems.
- Participate in KYC / AML remediation programs, effectiveness reviews, and optimization of existing systems.
- Contribute to AMLR programs: regulatory impact analysis, operational deployment, governance, and compliance roadmaps.
- Participate in regulatory compliance: ACPR, FATF, local and European regulations (AMLR, eIDAS, DORA, etc.) requirements.
- Participate in missions involving financial security tools (transaction monitoring, sanctions, KYC / CDD), with general knowledge of market solution functionalities (e.g., Actimize, NetReveal, Fenergo or equivalents).
- Contribute to the definition or evolution of compliance Target Operating Models (processes, governance, tools, data).
- Draft policies, procedures, methodologies, and training materials.
- Conduct risk assessments, mappings, control analyses, and mitigation plans.
- Contribute to the improvement of risk management frameworks: governance, KPI/KRI, reporting.
- Participate in the design or evolution of internal control systems.
- Ensure the quality and robustness of deliverables produced.
- Prepare and facilitate workshops, committees, and presentations.
Within Capco:
- Participate in the animation of the Compliance community (regulatory watch, communication materials, Points of View, client events, etc.).
The profile sought:
You have expertise in the following areas:
- Holding a higher education degree from a business school or engineering school, you have significant experience in a consulting firm and/or within financial institutions, in areas of compliance, financial security, or regulatory transformation.
- You have an excellent understanding of LCB-FT themes, international standards, and issues related to compliance and financial security (AML, KYC, Sanctions, etc.).
- You have a solid understanding of the regulatory frameworks applicable to financial security and compliance, including:
- LCB-FT / KYC
- European AML package (AMLR, AMLD6, AMLA)
- Interactions with supervisors (ACPR, ECB, local authorities)
- Regulatory frameworks: AMLR / AMLD6 / AMLA, FATF recommendations, ACPR / ECB expectations, KYC / CDD / EDD systems, international sanctions, MiFID II
- You have experience or a strong aptitude for financial security tools (Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions, KYC), particularly market solutions such as Fircosoft, Actimize, NetReveal, Fenergo, or equivalents.
Furthermore, you have:
- Good knowledge of traditional compliance and risk issues, as well as the implementation of new regulations or digital transformations applied to compliance.
- You are recognized for your flexibility, curiosity, creativity, and your desire to actively support the growth of a dynamic firm that emphasizes close management.
- Proficiency in French and English as working languages is essential.
You demonstrate leadership, excellent communication skills, strong writing ability, a keen sense of coordination, and the capacity to implement a pragmatic and effective methodology. You have a synthetic mind and a keen eye for detail.
