Senior Consultant/ka for Recruitment

Grafton Łódź is recruiting! We are looking for a candidate with experience in recruitment end-to-end, higher education, and strong motivation to achieve set goals. Your daily work will consist of:

• Complex realization of recruitment processes - independently discuss the need for recruitment with the client, decide on sources of candidate search, campaigns, or methods of obtaining candidates, conduct interviews and select a shortlist of candidates, coordinate meetings, provide feedback to clients. You will continuously discuss project status and challenges with the client.
• Possessing and developing clients - you will be in daily contact with existing clients to discuss current needs. You will organize meetings with potential clients to present our support options and available solutions. Participation in meetings with new investors and local industry events.
• Reporting activities and administration - continuous updating of the system (contact with candidate/contact with client, preparing announcements) is our daily work and must-have regardless of the position held. You will also prepare an offer, contract, or market analysis if needed.
