Within Sopra Steria Next People Experience & Change, you will join a team of 220 consultants, experiencing strong growth, supporting large companies and public sector players in their human, organizational, and digital transformation projects.

We work on strategic and operational issues related to organizational transformation, change management, employee experience, HR transformation, skills development, adoption of digital solutions, evolution of work methods, and support for transformations induced by artificial intelligence and new technologies.

Our teams design and deploy systems to secure transformation adoption, strengthen employee engagement, and develop organizations' adaptability in a constantly evolving environment.

Present in France and working with organizations from all sectors, our teams contribute to meeting companies' major transformation challenges by combining performance, innovation, and human impact.

Your roles and missions:

As a consultant, you will have the opportunity to join large-scale projects with Human Resources Departments and will be involved in the following areas using the methods developed within the firm:

• You will participate in the analysis and formalization of business needs.
• You will study functional and technical scoping (data modeling, UX/UI dataviz).
• You will explore and transform data (data preparation) to make it understandable and usable.
• You will support various projects and critical deployment phases, including change management.
• You will create dashboards and queries (analytics, dataviz, SQL).

You hold a Bac +5 degree from a top engineering and/or business school or a University or equivalent, and ideally have prior experience in project management for HR transformation and/or implementing Data solutions. (BI data analysis tools, query languages such as SQL…)

You demonstrate significant curiosity for the Human Resources field and enjoy delving into complex subjects.

You are rigorous, have excellent analytical and interpersonal skills. You can adapt to your contacts in international contexts.

You are recognized for the quality of your deliverables, both in content and form.
