Senior Consultant (m/f/d) - Transformation Management
Job description

You work analytically and solution-oriented on complex issues and develop innovative solutions for our clients together with your team.

These tasks await you:
Warehouse Process Analysis: You analyze existing warehouse processes such as incoming goods, order picking, packing, shipping, and returns directly in the operational environment, identify weak points, and recognize potential for optimization and efficiency improvement.
Optimization Measures: With your know-how, you develop practical and sustainable improvement measures, for example, based on Lean, 5S, or Kaizen approaches, and successfully implement them.
Workshops & Coaching: In direct exchange with the employees on the shop floor, you lead workshops, conduct training, and coach on the job.
Pilot Projects: You manage pilot projects independently and implement optimizations together with the team in day-to-day business.
Interface Work: You also contribute solution-orientedly at the interfaces with IT, planning, or production and ensure smooth processes.
Management Support: You prepare decision-making bases in a structured manner, create presentations, and convince with clear concepts.
Project Responsibility: You confidently take on national and international (sub)projects with a clear focus on successful implementation.
What you bring with you:
Degree & Expertise: You have a completed degree in business administration, computer science, industrial engineering, or a comparable field of study.
Professional Experience: You have at least 4 years of experience in operational logistics or process consulting, ideally in an international, dynamic environment.
Expertise: You have experience in Lean Management, process analysis, and change management, as well as in-depth knowledge of warehouse processes and KPIs.
Teamwork and Customer Orientation: In collaboration with your team, you recognize your customers' needs and develop creative solutions that offer real added value.
Change and Transformation Competence: You inspire others for change, actively shape transformation processes, and confidently guide teams through new structures and ways of working.
Communication and Social Skills: You can explain complex issues understandably and enjoy approaching people and conducting conversations. Furthermore, you enjoy working directly with employees on the shop floor (hands-on mentality) and can communicate and present confidently at all stakeholder levels.
Work Approach: You have strong analytical and solution-oriented skills with a pragmatic implementation focus.
Willingness to Travel: You are flexible and open to business travel domestically and internationally.
Language Skills: For work in regional and international projects, you communicate confidently in German and English, both written and spoken.
