• Responsibility for the consulting and realization of projects in the field of Technical Economic Building Consulting in the role of client representative in the area of cost group 400
• Holistic evaluation of specialist planning in all HOAI phases, identification of planning and interface gaps, and detection of optimization potential
• Development of sustainable, innovative solutions for new buildings and renovations in the areas of automotive, data centers, aviation, clinics, museums, and concert halls
• Management of planning meetings, quality control with solution-oriented ideas
• Quality assurance and interdisciplinary coordination during the commissioning of exciting large-scale projects
• Demonstrating added value for all project participants such as users, investors, operators, and planners

• Successfully completed studies in Electrical Engineering, Building Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable qualification (Technician/Master Craftsman)
• Relevant professional experience (min. 3 years) in the areas of planning, consulting, or construction
• Great interest in optimization and digitalization as well as quality assurance
• Quick comprehension combined with analytical and networked thinking
• Solution-oriented negotiation skills as well as a good sense for people and situations
