Senior Consultant (m/f/d) - Supply Chain Planning

These tasks await you:

• Integrated Planning: You develop integrated planning approaches to align fluctuating demand, limited capacities, and strategic business goals, and you support their implementation.

• Inventory Optimization: You analyze inventory and supply bottlenecks and develop solutions to optimally balance service levels, inventory, and costs.

• Planning Processes: You design planning organizations, define roles and decision-making paths, and support teams in sustainably anchoring new processes and ways of working within the company.

• Digital Planning: You evaluate suitable Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) solutions, translate functional requirements into technical solutions, and support their selection and implementation up to go-live.

• Project Management: You lead consulting projects, manage your project team, and take responsibility for project success, the quality of results, and customer satisfaction.

• Method Development: You contribute your project experience to the development of new methods, tools, and consulting services, support proposal preparation, and share your knowledge with the team and our clients.

What you bring with you:

• Degree & Expertise: You have successfully completed a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Logistics, or a comparable field of study.

• Professional Experience: You have at least 5-6 years of professional experience in Supply Chain Planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), or related fields, ideally in consulting.

• Technical Expertise: You possess in-depth knowledge of integrated planning processes and their interfaces with financial planning and strategic corporate planning. Furthermore, you have experience in analyzing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain processes.

• Teamwork & Customer Orientation: Together with your team, you identify our clients' needs and develop creative, practical solutions that create real added value.

• Communication Skills: You can convey complex issues understandably, approach people openly, and communicate and present confidently at various stakeholder levels.

• Analytical Skills: You convince with a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach and place particular emphasis on the pragmatic implementation of your solutions.

• Willingness to Travel: You are flexible and open to business travel domestically and internationally.

• Language Skills: For collaboration in regional and international projects, you communicate confidently in both written and spoken German and English.
