Senior Consultant (w/m/d) - S&OP & Integrated Business Planning

These tasks await you:

• S&OP/IBP Implementation: You analyze, design, and implement S&OP and IBP processes for national and international clients and develop high-performance planning structures.

• Planning Integration: You develop integrated planning approaches to coordinate demand, supply, capacities, and finances and create transparency along the value chain.

• Workshops & Coordination: You moderate cross-functional workshops with Supply Chain, Sales, Production, and Finance and guide functional areas towards a common planning understanding.

• Planning Organization: You optimize planning organizations, governance models, and decision-making processes and strengthen the integration of integrated planning within the company.

• Digital Planning Solutions: You evaluate Planning and Advanced Planning solutions, support selection processes, and assist with implementations up to go-live.

• Project Responsibility: You take on (partial) project management, manage work packages independently, and are a reliable point of contact for your clients.

• Method Development: You further develop our S&OP/IBP methods and tools, support proposal work, and strengthen our thought leadership with professional impulses.

What you bring with you:

• Degree & Expertise: You have a completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Logistics, or a comparable field of study.

• Professional Experience: You have at least 4 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, S&OP, Integrated Business Planning, or related fields, ideally in consulting.

• Expertise: You have a profound understanding of integrated planning processes and their interfaces with Finance and strategic corporate planning, and experience in analyzing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain processes.

• Teamwork and Customer Orientation: In collaboration with your team, you recognize your clients' needs and develop creative solutions that offer real added value.

• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You can explain complex issues understandably and enjoy approaching people and engaging in conversations; furthermore, you can communicate and present confidently at all stakeholder levels.

• Work Style: You have strong analytical and solution-oriented skills with a pragmatic focus on implementation.

• Willingness to Travel: You are flexible and open to business travel domestically and internationally.

• Language Skills: For work in regional and international projects, you communicate confidently in German and English, both spoken and written.
