• Independent execution of consulting projects regarding strategy, organization, and processes within the real estate lifecycle
• Development of business, service, and operational/operating concepts
• Development of customer-specific structures for controlling, budgeting, reporting, and benchmarking
• Creation of profitability analyses and make-or-buy analyses
• Initiation and establishment of new ideas, processes, and innovative business models in the real estate sector
• Independent network building, maintenance of contacts with investors, owners, and users, as well as support with acquisition

• Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification
• At least three years of professional experience in the aforementioned area of responsibility
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel domestically depending on the project
• High consulting competence, strong communication skills, and high customer orientation
• Analytical thinking, strong quality standards, and independent working style
