Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant at VNOM, you work in a 360-degree role and are responsible for building, expanding, and managing your own client portfolio. You communicate at a high level with clients, know how to capitalize on market opportunities, and actively contribute to the growth of the branch and the team. Furthermore, your responsibilities include:

• Acquiring new clients and maintaining existing relationships;
• Independently carrying out acquisition and building a strong network;
• Writing and securing vacancies and realizing placements;
• Planning and executing client and project visits;
• Conducting commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and negotiations;
• Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to the further development of the team.

• A good salary between €3,500 and €4,500 gross per month depending on your experience and knowledge;

We are looking for a Senior Consultant who is entrepreneurial, sees opportunities in the market, and wants to build further growth of the department together with the team. Furthermore, you also possess:

• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrable work experience within recruitment;
• Completed higher professional education (HBO), preferably in a commercial direction;
• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written;
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week);
• In possession of a B driver's license.
