Your Capco Tasks
- You will shape the digital transformation of our insurance clients by supporting them in optimizing their business models, organizations, processes, and IT systems.
- You will be involved in all project phases, from strategy development and requirements analysis to (functional and technical) realization and implementation.
- You will contribute your expertise in your areas of focus, such as sales, policy administration/contracts, claims/benefits, customer management, agile transformation, platforms and ecosystems, cloud, integration and automation, data analytics, and much more.
- You will work collaboratively and proactively in a team, take on responsible tasks, and develop creative and innovative solutions for our clients together with your team.
- You will be involved in project and client acquisition, as well as the further development of our consulting portfolio.
- You will actively contribute to the growth and success of our insurance practice.
Your Capco Profile
- You have successfully completed a Master's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or Business Informatics.
- You have gained initial professional experience at a consulting firm, in in-house consulting, or in the corporate/strategy development of an insurer.
- You have project experience (functional or technical) in the insurance sectors of health, life, or property & casualty.
- You are familiar with the essential business functions along the value chain of an insurance company.
- You are interested in new innovative technologies (Generative AI, Blockchain, …) and market trends.
- You have a confident demeanor, a hands-on mentality, a quick grasp, a structured way of working, analytical skills, are flexible, act customer-orientedly, and enjoy working in a team.
