Job Summary: The Senior Vendor Engineering Analyst will be a critical technical contributor within the newly established Vendor Engineering Office (VEO), playing a pivotal role in optimizing organization's technical engagement with its third-party technology vendors. This senior-level individual contributor will leverage deep technical expertise to ensure that external technology partners are aligned with our business objectives and provide high-quality solutions that meet our customers' needs. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product Management, and Sales to develop and maintain strategic relationships with key technology vendors. • Develop and execute a comprehensive vendor engineering strategy that aligns with the organization's overall goals and objectives. • Conduct thorough technical assessments of potential technology partners to ensure they meet our requirements and standards. • Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs, and develop solutions that meet those needs. • Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise on emerging technologies and trends to inform vendor selection and partnership strategies. • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at technology vendors to negotiate favorable terms and ensure successful partnerships. • Collaborate with the VEO team to identify and prioritize potential technology partners, and develop a comprehensive partner evaluation framework. • Ensure that all technical solutions meet our quality standards and are aligned with our business objectives. • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on vendor engineering initiatives and progress.
