KPMG People & Change is an ambitious and rapidly growing team within KPMG, both globally and in the Netherlands. Consultants of People & Change are experts in behavioral change in organizations. So we help organizations achieve their ambitions and realize sustainable change. Our focus is on the human aspect in organizational changes.

We are daily involved in guiding organizations in development, for example by realizing digital transformations and large system implementations. We play with our service delivery on current trends and major societal themes. That's why also our focus on digital transformations, AI, ESG, and Cyber Awareness. We serve both large and small, national and international clients across all possible sectors.

As a Senior Consultant KPMG People & Change, you are part of our driven, energetic, and social team that supports organizations in achieving successful transformations. You are responsible for designing and executing innovative solutions and interventions for clients. This can vary from program management work assignments to conducting stakeholder analysis and developing valuable communication or training products that are immediately applicable to the issues of our clients. Everything is geared towards making a difference.

We help our clients realize a culture that enables organizations to respond to societal and technological developments. What often starts as a seemingly logical organizational change on paper, turns out to be much more challenging in practice. As a Senior Consultant, you will work on various projects from day one.
