Senior Consultant / Team Leader - Divisione Permanent Recruitment

For the office entirely dedicated to serving Permanent Recruitment in Lombardy, we are looking for: SENIOR CONSULTANT / TEAM LEADER with 4/5 years of experience gained within Research & Selection Companies or Permanent Divisions of Employment Agencies. You will be responsible for managing 360-degree mandates of Research & Selection, with specific attention to all phases of the process: Writing and negotiating the job description in collaboration with the Client; Publishing the announcement and conducting research and selection activities; Developing and implementing recruitment strategies and plans; Coordinating and supervising a team of consultants; Building relationships with clients and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources or Recruitment, with experience in managing teams and developing recruitment strategies. Fluency in Italian is required, as well as excellent communication skills.
