In this context, our Digital Marketing practice is looking to support its growth with a Senior SEO/GEO Consultant.

Within the AI Search team, which deploys integrated organic (SEO/GEO) and paid (SEA/GEA) strategies for its clients — the Senior SEO/GEO Consultant will have the following responsibilities:

• Deliver SEO/GEO projects under the supervision of AI Search Directors and Digital Marketing Consultants
• Act as the interface with tool partners for data extraction
• Produce analysis documents: insights, benchmarks, recommendations, and prioritized action plans
• Monitor the proper implementation of recommendations
   

Profile sought:

• Master's degree (Bac +4/5), with at least 3 years of experience in SEO within a specialized agency
• Basic knowledge of GEO is a plus for the application, but not mandatory
• Rigor and mastery of KPIs and Web Analytics
• Fluent English

 Recruitment process: 

1. HR call: Talent Acquisition Specialist  
2. Interview with an AI Search Director and a Senior SEO Consultant (1 hour in person + 1 case study to be performed live)
3. Interview with a Digital & Data Marketing Partner (45 minutes in person)

Compensation

Estimated salary range: €40k to €46k gross/annual depending on profile
