Senior Consultant SAP SuccessFactors (m/f/d)

It accompanies companies worldwide in HR transformation projects and relies on the SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite and related cloud solutions.

Your Tasks

• Advising clients on the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors in the HR-Core and Talent Management area
• Management of (sub-)projects and moderation of workshops with specialist departments
• Analysis, design and implementation of HR processes in SuccessFactors and related systems
• Support in pre-sales appointments and quotation processes
• Coaching of colleagues and active participation in the further development of the consulting portfolio

Your Qualifications

• Studies or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in HR transformation projects with SAP SuccessFactors
• Knowledge in at least two modules (e.g. Employee Central, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance & Goals, Succession & Career Development Planning, Recruiting, Learning)
• Consulting expertise, process understanding and moderation experience
• Very good German and English skills, willingness to travel
