Senior Consultant SAP Real Estate (m/w/d)

You'll take on tasks in a diverse range of topics:

• You'll find yourself as a Senior Consultant directly in customer-specific requirements - then you'll quickly take over part-project and project leadership tasks, lead your projects independently

• You're responsible together with the team for the competent care of our customers

• You identify and evaluate optimization approaches together with the team in the professional processes and their IT-side representation at our customers

• You actively accompany acquisition activities and develop technical specifications for in-house product developments

You bring with you – skills that shape your future and ours:

• You have a successfully completed economic or technical degree, ideally related to real estate, or equivalent qualification.

• You have at least 4 years of professional experience in the immovable property sector.

• You bring fundamental SAP experience in representing immovable property processes. Relevant experience in modules such as PS, PM, MM, RE-FX or Finance is mandatory.

• You have already successfully implemented several relevant SAP projects in the real estate industry independently and not just accompanied them.

• You are able to take on customer-specific requirements independently, thoroughly analyze them, and translate them into feasible solutions.

• You can represent technical topics at the customer level securely, prepare decisions, and structure and drive tasks independently.

• You work precisely, self-responsibly, and with high quality standards.

• You are team- and service-oriented and approach customers professionally and confidently.

• You have very good communication and presentation skills in German as well as good English skills.

• You are confident in handling MS Office.

Important Note:
This position is deliberately aimed at experienced consultants who can quickly take on responsibility and work productively in customer projects without intensive familiarization. If you have only had occasional contact with SAP or the real estate industry, or need to thoroughly familiarize yourself with the technical foundations, this role is not suitable for you.
