You will take on tasks in a diverse range of topics:

• As a Senior Consultant, you will quickly get to grips with customer-specific requirements – you will quickly take on sub-project and project management tasks, and lead your projects independently

• Together with the team, you will be responsible for expert support of our clients

• Together with the team, you will identify and assess optimization approaches in the business processes and their IT-based depiction at our clients

• You will actively support acquisition activities and develop technical specifications for in-house product developments

What you bring with you – skills with which you shape your future and that of our clients:

• You have successfully completed studies in economics or engineering, ideally with a focus on real estate, or a comparable qualification.

• You have at least 4 years of professional experience in the real estate industry.

• You have profound SAP experience in mapping real estate processes. Relevant experience in modules such as PS, PM, MM, RE-FX, or Finance is mandatory.

• You have already independently implemented several relevant SAP projects in the real estate sector, not just supported them.

• You are able to independently capture customer-specific requirements, understand them technically, and translate them into viable solutions.

• You can confidently represent technical topics with the client, prepare decisions, and independently structure and drive forward tasks.

• You work precisely, independently, and with a high quality standard.

• You are team- and service-oriented and present yourself confidently and professionally when dealing with clients.

• You have very good communication and presentation skills in German and good English skills.

• You are proficient in MS Office.

Important note:
This position is deliberately aimed at experienced consultants who can quickly take on responsibility and work productively in client projects without extensive training. If you have only had occasional contact with SAP or the real estate industry so far, or if you would need to gain comprehensive knowledge of the technical fundamentals first, this role is not right for you.
