Senior Consultant SAP RE-FX (Real Estate Management) (m/w/d)

Tasks

• As an in-house consultant, you see yourself as a connection between the department and IT and steer new requirements comprehensively from an E2E process perspective.
• You advise departments and internal organizational units on defining IT technical requirements in the context of contract management and additional cost accounting in SAP RE-FX, conceptualize these, and then implement them independently.
• You take over responsibility for national and international projects for integrating and optimizing our contract and tenant processes.
• You coordinate and provide expert support (3rd and 2nd level) for the RE-FX module or new FIORI solutions for our business processes and their continuous optimization.

Qualification

• Studies in economics, industrial engineering, or computer science, or comparable practical experience
• Mult-year SAP consulting and project management experience in the RE-FX area, as well as very good process knowledge in real estate management
• Very good knowledge and problem-solving competence in the SAP module RE-FX including customizing, correspondence solutions, first FIORI applications, and technical interfaces as a basis for implementing professional requirements
• Agile mindset, team spirit, creativity, and enjoyment of project-related work
• Excellent understanding ability and the ability to quickly immerse yourself in new complex fields
• Fluent German and English skills
