Senior Consultant SAP PP/QM (m/f/d)

Provide functional support and enhancements in SAP ECC (PP/QM environment)Process and resolve incidents and tickets (e.g., via ServiceNow)Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements from production, planning, logistics, and quality teamsCreate functional specifications for system changes and developmentsCollaborate closely with the internal SAP Inhouse Consultant and IT teamCoordinate and contribute to small to mid-sized SAP projectsFacilitate workshops and discussions with business stakeholdersPerform functional testing and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT)Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with business needs and timelinesContribute to both operational support (tickets, bug fixes) and conceptual work (process improvements, solution design) SAP experience, with a strong senior-level backgroundDeep expertise in SAP PP and solid knowledge of SAP QMStrong knowledge of PP sub-modules (e.g., MRP, Production Orders)Experience with QM processes (e.g., inspection processes, inspection lots)Proven experience in SAP ECC (ECC6) environmentsBackground in manufacturing industries, ideally discrete manufacturing / make-to-orderStrong skills in requirements engineering and business process analysisExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently, proactively, and self-drivenFluent in English; German language skills preferred (especially for production and quality collaboration) Remote work possible IT is and always has been our core business that laid the foundation for Hays' success.
