To strengthen our Project Management Office team, we are looking for a (Senior) Consultant - Project Management Office (m/f/d) at our Munich location, effective immediately.

What Awaits You

• Exciting, international transformation projects with global market leaders
• Support and consulting in the management of large-scale projects in an international context
• Further development of the cbs project methodology (M-cbs) and standards
• Quality assurance to ensure compliance with M-cbs standards and requirements within the project
• Coordination of task packages and milestones
• Monitoring of operational project planning and early identification of deviations
• Project controlling and reporting
• Handling of special topics for project management
• Conducting internal trainings and further education
• Moderation of workshops and meetings

‍What We're Looking For

• You have successfully completed a Master's degree or diploma in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Sciences, Natural Sciences, or Communication Sciences
• You have at least 2 to 3 years of relevant practical experience in IT projects, particularly SAP
• Knowledge in project management and project controlling
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Initial experience in moderating and conducting workshops
• High IT affinity
• You are characterized by an analytical and solution-oriented mindset
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• You enjoy familiarizing yourself with new subject areas
• You are communicative, a team player, and enjoy traveling
