For the further development of our Human Capital Management / Human Resources department, we are looking for you as an experiencedSAP HCM / HR Consultant (m/w/d) with focus PT or PY.

What awaits you

• You will work on pioneering implementation and support projects around SAP HCM PY/PT as well as SF EC Payroll / SF Time

• You will advise our customers on all questions related to the technical and process-oriented representation of salary accounting and/or time management in SAP

• You will take over presales activities and support at workshops and events

• In individual projects, you have the opportunity to take over project leadership (partially)

• We do not expect technological stagnation or monotonous project work; instead, new challenges arise through changing customer requirements

What we wish for

• You possess a successfully completed university degree or comparable qualification

• You have several years of professional experience as an SAP HCM Consultant, Application Manager/Inhouse Consultant or Department Head in Human Resources with SAP background

• You bring fundamental knowledge in the HCM modules SAP Payroll (PY) and/or SAP Time Management (PT), as well as experience in conducting SAP HCM projects

• Schemas and rules in SAP PY/PT are no foreign words for you, and you are fit in the peculiarities of German salary accounting/time management

• You understand complex relationships and possess conceptual and analytical skills

• You possess very good German and English language skills and are willing to travel within Germany (approx. 30%)

• You are communicative, enjoy working in a team, and consider camaraderie important
