As a (Senior) SAP HCM Consultant PY (m/f/d), you are a reliable consultant for our clients on all questions regarding the SAP module for Payroll and thus significantly contribute to the success of their HR digitalization - and all that without having to give up the comfort of your home office 🏡

Your Tasks:

• You are responsible for the planning, conception, and implementation of our customer projects and realize their requirements in the Payroll module.

• In doing so, you will create requirements concepts, lead and coordinate their implementation, and organize customer workshops and training sessions.

• You will support our clients with new implementations, such as EC Payroll, the migration to SAP HCM for S/4HANA, and Application Management projects.

• You will take on responsibility for your specialist area and mentor your colleagues as a mentor.

Your Profile:

• You have successfully completed your studies or vocational training in a commercial or technical field.

• In the last 2-3 years or more, you have already gained experience and expertise in Payroll with SAP HCM and/or EC Payroll and have very good knowledge of SAP Payroll and subsequent processes.

• Ideally, you also have knowledge of other SAP HCM modules.

• Your solution-oriented work and your team spirit ensure the success of our projects.

• You speak German at a very high or native level as well as fluent English, and can therefore interact confidently with our clients.
