(Senior) SAP HCM Consultant

As a (Senior) SAP HCM Consultant (m/f/d), you are a competent and reliable contact person for our clients on all questions concerning the SAP modules of the HCM landscape and thus contribute significantly to the success of their HR digitalization - and all this without having to give up the comfort of your home office.

Your responsibilities:

• Depending on your experience, you will support the planning, conception, and implementation of our customer projects or take responsibility for them. You will realize customer requirements in modules such as PT, PY, OM, PA, or FI-TV.

• You will create requirements concepts, support, lead, or coordinate their implementation, and organize customer workshops and training sessions.

• You will support our clients in new implementations of SAP HCM modules, in the transition to SAP HCM for S/4HANA, or also in application management projects.

• You will take responsibility for your specialist topic and support your colleagues as a mentor.

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed your studies or apprenticeship in a commercial or technical field.

• You have at least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience and have built up profound knowledge in one or more SAP HCM modules (e.g., PT, PY, OM, PA, or FI-TV).

• Your solution-oriented work and your team spirit ensure the success of our projects.

• You speak German at a very high or native level as well as fluent English and can therefore interact confidently with our clients.
