We are looking for a Senior Consultant SAP HCM who can contribute his/her expertise and experience to our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SAP HCM and be able to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions. He/She should also be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders and work independently as well as part of a team. In addition, the successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively and have strong communication skills. The Senior Consultant SAP HCM will be responsible for supporting our customers in implementing SAP solutions for HR processes and organizational development. This includes requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, testing and implementation of SAP solutions. He/She will also be responsible for providing training and support to our customers on the use of SAP solutions.
