To strengthen our team, we are looking for a SAP Lead/Senior Consultant (m/f/d) S/4HANA Financial Accounting.

What awaits you

• Solution-oriented process consulting for large industrial companies with a focus on the manufacturing industry

• Execution of SAP FI / CO projects as a sub-project manager and/or consultant

• Conception, design, and implementation of corporate solutions based on SAP FI / CO and S/4HANA

• Change management & coaching Support in presales and in building and expanding our customer relationships

• Mentoring of trainees and aspiring senior consultants

• Planning, leading, and conducting internal and external training courses

What we wish for

• First-class university or university of applied sciences degree in business administration, (business) informatics, mechanical engineering, logistics, or comparable qualification

• In-depth consulting experience in process and optimization projects in the field of internal and/or external accounting

• Good integrated process understanding

• Initial experience as a (sub-) project manager in large SAP projects for clients from the manufacturing industry is an advantage

• Ideally, initial knowledge in: Design of global accounting standards & processes, New General Ledger and/or the Universal Journal, Parallel accounting according to OR or Swiss Gap, Segment reporting, New Asset Accounting, Credit Management & Cash Management, Data migration in the SAP environment

• Independent and proactive way of working, analytical and conceptual thinking, as well as strong communication skills

• Very good German and English skills, further foreign languages are an advantage

• Willingness to travel, including for occasional international assignments
