To strengthen our Activist PMO Team, we are looking for a Senior Consultant SAP Activist PMO (m/f/d) with immediate effect at the specified locations.

As a Senior Consultant in the Activist PMO, you are an active part of the project management team and proactively shape complex transformation projects. Together with project leadership, you ensure transparency, quality, and controllability across scope, time, and budget. You do not act as an administrator, but as a sparring partner for project leadership and a driving force for operational project management disciplines.

• Active steering and co-design of complex SAP transformation projects as part of the project management team

• Taking responsibility for central project management topics with a high degree of independence and ownership

• Creating transparency as well as early identification and management of risks, dependencies, and critical decisions

• Ensuring targeted project control regarding scope, time, budget, and quality

• Enabling project teams as well as active participation in governance, decision-making, and steering processes

• Contribution to the expansion of the Activist PMO approach as well as adjacent know-how areas such as Test, Cutover, Change & Training

• Development perspective also in a technical specialization of the mentioned know-how areas is possible

• Utilization of AI in everyday project work with the goal of efficiently building, further developing, and consistently implementing project management structures with increased quality

What we wish for

• You have successfully completed a Master's degree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Natural Sciences, or Communication Sciences.

• You have several years of relevant practical experience in IT projects, especially SAP.

• You have sound knowledge in project management, project controlling, and the management of complex project structures.

• You take responsibility, identify and address issues independently, and drive them forward proactively.

• You are proactive and consistently think one step ahead.

• You identify risks, dependencies, and needs for action at an early stage and initiate concrete countermeasures together with the project team.

• You can confidently advise, challenge, and enable stakeholders at different levels for decisions.

• You have a strong understanding of governance, transparency, quality assurance, and project control.

• Ideally, you have initial experience in Test Management, Cutover Management, Change Management, or Training Management.

• Very good command of German and English, both written and spoken.

• Very good communication, presentation, and moderation skills.

• You are communicative, a team player, and enjoy traveling.
