To strengthen our Activist PMO team, we are looking for a Senior Consultant SAP Activist PMO (m/f/d) at the specified locations, effective immediately.

As a Senior Consultant in the Activist PMO, you are an active part of the project management team and proactively shape complex transformation projects. Together with project leadership, you ensure transparency, quality, and controllability across scope, time, and budget. You act not as an administrator, but as a sparring partner for project leadership and a driving force for operational project management disciplines.

• Active steering and co-shaping of complex SAP transformation projects as part of the project management team

• Ensuring goal-oriented project control regarding scope, time, budget, and quality

• Empowering project teams as well as actively participating in governance, decision-making, and steering processes

• Contributing to the expansion of the Activist PMO approach and adjacent know-how areas such as Test, Cutover, Change & Training

• Development perspective also possible in a specialized technical area of the mentioned know-how areas

• Use of AI in everyday project work with the goal of building, further developing, and consistently implementing project management structures more efficiently and with improved quality

What we are looking for

• You have successfully completed a Master's degree or diploma in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Natural Sciences, or Communication Sciences.

• You already have several years of relevant practical experience in IT projects, especially SAP.

• You bring sound knowledge in project management, project controlling, and the management of complex project structures.

• You take responsibility, independently identify and address issues, and proactively drive them forward.

• You are proactive and consistently think one step ahead.

• You recognize risks, dependencies, and action requirements early and, together with the project team, initiate concrete countermeasures.

• You can confidently advise, challenge, and enable stakeholders at various levels to make decisions.

• You have a strong understanding of governance, transparency, quality assurance, and project control.

• Ideally, you bring initial experience in Test Management, Cutover Management, Change Management, or Training Management.

• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.

• Very good communication, presentation, and moderation skills.

• You are communicative, a team player, and enjoy traveling.
