Senior Consultant - Market and Counterparty Risk M/F

With a growth strategy, the Capco group is strengthening the development of its FRC (Finance, Risk & Compliance) division and particularly its Risk offering, and is seeking Senior Consultants for its Paris office to support its clients in their regulatory and organizational transformation challenges related to market and counterparty risk.

Your role:

With our clients:

• Contribute to the identification and management of risks associated with our clients' activities by implementing and reviewing strategic risk frameworks (e.g., risk identification, risk appetite, ICAAP & Stress Testing, mitigation, monitoring & reporting),
• Participate in the definition and operational rollout of business and risk policies, as well as in the optimization and industrialization of associated processes and tools,
• Support our clients in their regulatory compliance projects: analysis of regulatory texts, methodological/system/data/governance/process gap analysis, recommendations and implementation, documentation and change management support,
• Assist in internal and external audit missions and supervisory exercises (QIS, Benchmarking, Stress Testing, TRIM, validation missions): scoping, coordination, documentation, treatment of recommendations.

The profile sought:

• Holder of a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business or engineering school, or a university,
• You have solid methodological knowledge of the regulatory environment (Basel III/IV, FBL/Volcker, EMIR) as well as on the pricing of market operations and the modeling of associated risks,
• Experience with data/digital topics applied to the Risk function (RPA, Machine learning, Big data), and strong programming and database skills are strong assets,
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a good team spirit; you are recognized for your flexibility, curiosity, creativity, and your desire to actively support the growth of a dynamic firm that relies on close management,
• Proficiency in French and English as working languages is essential, and you are comfortable working in an international context,
• You have 3 to 7 years of experience in market and counterparty risk, including a significant period in an organizational consulting firm, or in project management with a strong functional component within a financial institution.
