Senior Consultant - Credit Risk M/F

With a growth strategy, the Capco group is strengthening the development of its Finance, Risks & Compliance (FRC) division and particularly its Risk offering, and is looking for Senior Consultants for its Paris office to support its clients in their regulatory and organizational transformation challenges related to credit risk.

Your role:

For our clients in the financial sector, you will participate in various assignments covering several themes:

• Support in regulatory compliance project management: analysis of regulatory texts, methodological/system/data/governance/process gap analysis, recommendations and implementation, documentation and change management
• Participation in inspections and supervisory exercises (QIS, Benchmarking, Stress Testing, TRIM, approval mission): scoping, coordination, documentation, treatment of recommendations
• Implementation and optimization of credit risk management and monitoring frameworks
• Redesign of lending processes or file review, risk surveillance and reporting

Within Capco:

• Participate in the animation of the Risk community (regulatory watch, communication materials, Points of View, client events, etc.),

The profile sought:

• Strong expertise in the banking environment and in the transformation of Finance and Risk functions within financial or banking institutions.
  • Knowledge of regulations: IRRBB, NDOD, ALM, IFRS9, etc.
  • Target Operating Model
  • Implementation of regulatory reporting (Corep, Finrep, and Pillar 3)
  • Liquidity and Solvency Model Review
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a good team spirit, you want to actively support the growth of a dynamic firm that focuses on close management and you are recognized for your flexibility and creativity.
• A good aptitude and mobility for working with a network of international consultants serving our clients in France and abroad. Proficiency in French and English as working languages is essential.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting firm, or in project management within a financial institution. You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school, or university.
