We are looking for reinforcement for our team in Düsseldorf: As soon as possible, we are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant (m/f/d) for the areas of Project Management, Project Control, and Technical Client Representation.

Tasks

• Project Management: You will independently lead and manage complex real estate projects and assume technical and professional responsibility for new construction, modernization, change of use, and repair measures.
• Client Representation: You will assume external technical client representation and represent the interests of our clients in the project.
• Contracts & Procurement: You will prepare service descriptions, specifications, and contract contents and coordinate them with project stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management: You will confidently represent the interests of our clients towards planners, authorities, executing companies, and other project stakeholders.
• Goal and Success Monitoring: You will define and manage project goals regarding costs, deadlines, quality, and organization together with our clients.
• Coordination: You will manage and coordinate internal and external partners as well as other project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Education: Completed studies in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business Engineering, Project Management, or comparable fields.
• Experience: At least five years of relevant professional experience in project management / project control, construction planning, or construction supervision of building construction projects.
• Expertise: Sound knowledge of technical construction and architectural matters, as well as cost, schedule, and quality management, and the execution of procurement procedures.
• Personality: You present yourself confidently and reliably to clients, planners, and executing companies, can reconcile different interests, and maintain an overview even in challenging project situations.
• Work Style: You work in a structured, independent, and precise manner, take responsibility, and appreciate collaboration in interdisciplinary teams.
• Language Skills: Very good German skills (min. C1), confident command of spoken and written expression.
• Technical Skills: Very good IT skills (MS Office) and experience with industry-standard software (cost controlling, schedule planning).
