Senior Consultant - Operational Readiness & Ramp-Up

A global consulting firm in Johannesburg is seeking an experienced professional to lead operational readiness engagements. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of management consulting experience, is capable of driving client deliverables independently and managing stakeholder relationships. Responsibilities include designing readiness strategies and facilitating client workshops. A travel availability for client engagements is required.
