Senior Consultant (m/f/d) Management Consulting

SK Consult is a management consulting firm located in the heart of Hanover. We support medium-sized companies in their economic and organizational development. In doing so, we combine Finance, Digital Transformation, and HR with the aim of developing sustainable solutions and implementing them together with our clients.

Your tasks:

• Independent management of consulting projects in all service areas of SK Consult, from analyzing the company's situation to implementing specific measures

• Development of business management concepts for the strategic orientation and economic further development of our clients

• Conception and implementation of planning, controlling, and reporting systems for operational and strategic company management

• Evaluation of economic action options and support of entrepreneurial decision-making processes

• Independent client support as well as identification and development of further consulting approaches

• Technical guidance of Junior Consultants and working students, as well as further development of our consulting instruments and methods

Your profile:

• Successfully completed degree with an economic focus

• Professional experience in management consulting or in a comparable position

• Sound technical knowledge in at least one of our service areas

• Experience in independently managing projects and implementing measures at the client's site

• Analytical thinking skills and a structured, solution-oriented way of working

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor when dealing with clients and executives

• Team spirit, high customer orientation, and enjoyment of passing on knowledge
