As a Senior Consultant SAP HCM/HR, you will support our customers in sustainably developing their HR systems and processes. You will take responsibility for demanding functional and technical questions and contribute your expertise specifically to customer projects.

What awaits you

• You will advise our customers in the area of SAP HCM with a focus on Time Management (PT) or Payroll (PY)

• You will analyze complex requirements, develop suitable solution concepts, and implement them in SAP customizing

• You will identify causes of errors and develop sustainable solutions for demanding problems in existing HCM systems

• You will support the optimization of HR processes as well as in transition, transformation, and migration projects

• You will take responsibility for your topics and work closely with customers, business units, and technical experts

What we are looking for

• You have several years of professional experience in consulting or supporting SAP HCM

• You have very good knowledge of SAP HCM PT (Time Management) or PY (Payroll) as well as the respective customizing

• You understand the underlying HR processes and ideally know other HCM components such as PA or OM

• You analyze complex problems independently, in a structured, and solution-oriented manner

• You convince with strong communication skills, customer orientation, and initiative, and enjoy taking responsibility
